- Setting SMART objectives at all functional levels of operation monitoring the performance and updating these objectives periodically.
- Promoting a workplace in which all employees are properly trained to comply with applicable Health, Safety & Environmental laws and other requirements, regulations, and procedures to eliminate Hazards and reduce risks. Periodically review and establish goals to demonstrate continual improvement in the facility’s HSE performance.
- Provide training and education to all employees to work in manners, which provides commitment to maximize the environmental protection, Prevention of pollution and to understand the implication of environmental policy.
- Provide commitment to consultation and participation of workers, where they exist as workers representatives.
