- Establishing, implementing, and maintaining IMS (ISO 9001:2015; ISO 14001:2015; ISO 45001:2018), that is appropriate to the purpose and context of the organization and its strategic direction.
- The personnel involved in the day-to-day operation will always conduct themselves in an environmentally responsible manner and aim for overall continual improvement of environmental performance.
- Setting SMART objectives at all functional levels of operation monitoring the performance and updating these objectives periodically.
- Promoting a workplace in which all employees are properly trained to comply with applicable Health, Safety & Environmental laws and other requirements, regulations, and procedures to eliminate Hazards and reduce risks. Periodically review and establish goals to demonstrate continual improvement in the facility’s HSE performance.
- Provide training and education to all employees to work in manners, which provides commitment to maximize the environmental protection, Prevention of pollution and to understand the implication of environmental policy.
- Provide commitment to consultation and participation of workers, where they exist as workers representatives.
